Consuming too much sugar or carbohydrates can yield a high amount of yeast in the body, resulting in serious health conditions. Though our bodies contain a healthy amount of yeast naturally, filling our diets with it can produce overflow. It’s important to stay away from ingesting too many sweets, breads, pastas, and other carbs, because yeast can leak into the bloodstream. Then, it can cause a decline in gut health. Cutting out the good stuff can be difficult, but those that suffer from medical conditions can breathe a sigh of relief. There is a potential anecdote in preventing certain health inhibitors: eat a minimal amount of yeast in the daily diet.
Yeast is also known as candida, which is a type of fungus normally found in our intestines and mouth. There are tests that can be done to see how much is in the bloodstream.
