Is Your Body Really Getting All It Needs to Perform Optimally?
Our Personal Health Improvement Program emphasizes the organic and functional relationship between different parts of the body, treating it as a whole and focusing on how your body needs to make changes by fueling it properly.
There are just a few causes for most modern-day disease. Nutrient deficiency and toxicity (see DeChamp vs Pasteur) are the greatest threats to today’s health. Deficiency arises from poor quality foods and personal past and present eating habits. Today, eating a diet rich in whole foods and not empty food products is contrary to a busy lifestyle and the standard American diet. It leaves us lacking many important nutrients. Many of us take a multivitamin and minerals as a part of our daily routine. We feel good about this. But are we really getting all the nutrients that are missing in our diet?
When choosing natural supplements over man-made, quality is far more important than quantity. A small amount, or nature’s quantity, of a whole-food vitamin is more beneficial to the human body than a large dose of its man-made counterpart. Manufactured vitamins and mineral products are incomplete. A single man-made nutrient will supply only a fraction of the nutrition that a whole vitamin or mineral complex will provide. Therefore, the man-made versions create shortages of the missing nutrients needed to be actively used in our bodies. Nature can’t be duplicated. Taking high doses of products with long lists of nutrients of man-made ingredients will not make up the difference and in the long term will create deficiencies.
Our Health Improvement Program
Our program uses the results of a holistic analysis and matches the exact nutrient and dosage for the dietary needs of your body in order to resolve your health concerns. Most of my patients discover healing from within contributes greatly to overall health and wellness. (See our Philosophy page.) Here are some issues which have been successfully treated by adding an organic nutritional program to a patient’s therapy.
- Severe fatigue (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)
- Low back pain
- Acid reflux (GERD)
- Weight issues
- Digestive problems
- Abdominal pain/stomach aches
- Parasite infestation
- Headaches, including migraines
- Immune system disorders
As you can see, not properly fueling your body with a disciplined regimen of diet, exercise, and supplementation can lead to a quagmire of symptoms that can be difficult for conventional medicine to evaluate.
Most of my patients found themselves spending years in a cycle of experiencing multiple combinations of these symptoms and just accepting living with their discomfort. In most cases, they contacted me for one obvious issue, but after a complete evaluation they found that there are other issues that are making them feel worn down, tired, in pain, or just not at their best.
Nutritional Health Program
I specialize in holistic nutritional counseling which may be used in combination with other holistic healing services to provide solutions for your health issues.
Nutrition Response Testing
Silent causes can lead to reoccurring or chronic issues. A relatively healthy body can have weakness from deficiencies, toxins, past lifestyle, or immune challenges. Read the article my colleague wrote on Pasteur vs. Bechamp as it relates to toxins even back in the early 19th century.
Exercise & Meditation
Exercises or meditation technique basics assist in maintenance of your body. Acute care skills are for pain management of a condition.
The AK basics are used to supplement other care. In AK, the main premise is that every organ has a relationship with a corresponding muscle, termed the “viscero-somatic relationship.” (Viscero = organ and somatic = body.)
I believe whole food nutrition, when targeted to your specific needs, is extremely effective in reducing and eliminating physical concerns. Please call me for a free consultation to see if we can be of help to you in addressing the issues that you are experiencing.
